Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. The 'review' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance by The Canny Company Ltd.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of any products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Delivery charges are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. The Canny Company Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

Order Cancellation

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this timeframe we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge on most occasions.

Cancellations are treated as a Return with all applicable fees.Your order will be treated as automatically cancelled if a simultaneous payment notification is not received by us in the case of payment by credit card or Paypal. In the case of payment using Paypal cheques, the order will be automatically cancelled if the funds do not reach our account within one month of the order date.

If goods you order from us are faulty, damaged or unsuitable, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and return them within 7 days. Provided they are in a new and fit for resale condition in their original packaging, we will happily offer an exchange or refund (minus the cost of Postage and Packaging). For Canny Collars, please ensure you have ordered the correct size before use (see the page 'Choosing the Right Size ') as we will not be able to accept returns that are not fit for resale.

Please write 'returned item' on the package. If you have any queries regarding returns or refunds, please contact us using the details below.
