Orders received before our 1.00pm Friday 'cut off time' will be despatched the same day and orders received after 1.00pm will be despatched the following working day. Orders received after 1.00pm Friday and over the weekend will be despatched at the first available opportunity which will be the following Monday.
In general, please allow 2-6 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped, depending on the shipping method chosen. Please note that unforeseen events such as poor weather or transport disruption can impact delivery times. Check our website for the most up to date information.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
All our orders are despatched by Royal Mail. We offer a standard service and a tracked & signed option.
- Customers can choose between Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 days) and 2nd class (3-5 days) services.
- Royal Mail offer a Signed For® service for both of the above options for an additional £1 fee.
Please note that we are unable to provide any tracking information on the standard service option once the order has been despatched.
Our UK warehouse ships only to mainland UK, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. Customers in Europe should visit our site at cannyco.eu.

If the delivery address is not entered correctly by the customer, orders may be returned to us automatically. The Canny Company will not be responsible for the length of time it takes for the product to be returned, nor the cost of resending the item to the correct address, which will be re-invoiced to the customer before despatch.
