Returns and refunds
If items ordered from CannyCo America have any factory defects, CannyCo America offers a 30-day return policy, which means items must be returned within 30 days of when you received them.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in excellent condition, ideally unworn or unused, not smelly or dirty in any way, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. For returned items, a 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. The restocking fee is waived for exchanges.
We accept that you will need to try the collar on your dog before deciding on a return/exchange. An item that has been tried on your dog must be clean, and free of pet hair/smell. Returned items that require cleaning or removal of pet hair will be charged a $3-5 cleaning fee per item, in addition to the restocking fee, if applicable.
For Canny Collars, please ensure you have ordered the correct size beforehand (see the page 'What Size Canny Collar') as the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of any returns for an exchange of sizes.
Whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange, the original item(s) will need to be returned to CannyCo America.

If approved, your refund will automatically be applied to the original payment method. Be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping and Additional Charges
All shipping charges for refunds/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, though in the case of an exchange, shipping charges for the replacement item will be met by CannyCo America.
Additional charges may apply if replacement items are priced higher than the original.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that are worn, chewed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
