Orders received before our 1.00pm 'cut off time' will be despatched the same day and orders received after 1.00pm will be despatched the following working day. Orders received after 1.00pm Friday and over the weekend will be despatched at the first available opportunity which will be the following Monday.
For UK orders we offer a Parcelforce 24h express option (tracked) and standard 1st and 2nd class post options. A Signed For® service for 1st and 2nd class post is available for an additional £1 fee.

- Royal Mail 1st class: 1-2 days
- Royal Mail 2nd class: 3-5 days
We are unable to provide any tracking information on Royal Mail standard service options once the order has been despatched.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

If the delivery address is not entered correctly by the customer, orders may be returned to us automatically. The Canny Company will not be responsible for the length of time it takes for the product to be returned, nor the cost of resending the item to the correct address, which will be re-invoiced to the customer before despatch.
