Canny CONNECT Lockable Leash

The 3/4" wide leash is designed to be used with Canny Collar sizes 1 & 2. The 1" leash is designed for all other sizes including the Colossus.

The Standard version of the Canny Leash has a normal handle. The CONNECT version has a strong, plastic buckle which can be released to open the handle. This means you can hook this around a fixed point such as a post without ever having to detach your dog from the leash.

Cleaning: To clean, rinse your leash and clip with fresh water to remove dirt, mud, or saltwater.

For stubborn grime, use mild soap or pet-safe detergent with a soft cloth or sponge.

Carabiner care: Unlike traditional spring-loaded trigger clips, our carabiners are designed with no exposed springs, making them more resistant to jamming from sand or grit.

If you do notice grit in the barrel mechanism, a quick shake or rinse will usually dislodge it.

Important: Avoid forcing the carabiner open if grit is present in the barrel. Forcing it can permanently affect the auto-lock function. Gently clean and shake it out first.

Drying: Pat dry with a clean towel or leave to air dry.

Storage: Store your leash in a dry place to keep it looking and performing its best.

Tips: Regularly check the clip, leash and stitching to ensure everything is intact and performing as it should.

Returns and refunds

If items ordered from CannyCo America have any factory defects, CannyCo America offers a 30-day return policy, which means items must be returned within 30 days of when you received them.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in excellent condition, unworn or unused, with tags, not smelly or dirty, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 10% per item, although this fee is always waived when an exchange is requested or in the event of a factory defect.

Items returned for any reason must be in unused condition, clean, and free of pet hair/smell, with the original tag. Returned items that require cleaning or removal of pet hair will be charged a $3-5 cleaning fee per item in addition to the restocking fee, if applicable.

For Canny Collars, please ensure you have ordered the correct size beforehand (see the page 'What Size Canny Collar') as the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of any returns for an exchange of sizes.

Whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange, the original item(s) will need to be returned to CannyCo America.

Shipping and Additional Charges

All shipping charges for all transactions are the responsibility of the customer, which means shipping charges will not be refunded and additional shipping charges for exchanged items may be required prior to shipping the new item.

Additional charges may apply if replacement items are priced higher than the original.

Items that are worn, chewed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
